The booking page adds that patients more than 15 minutes late may not be seen.
Online services. You can book a remote consultation with the hospital's doctors (teleconsultation) on its website. Lab results can be viewed online after you log in with your Civil ID, your mobile number and a code sent by SMS.

It also says it aims to give cost estimates for procedures on request.
What to bring. For a clinic visit, bring your Civil ID or passport, your insurance card and cash or a credit card. The emergency department accepts any ID but prefers a Civil ID, plus your insurance card if you are insured. For a hospital stay, bring your Civil ID, the admission letter from your doctor, your insurance card, your current medicines in their original containers and, for childbirth, your marriage contract. Leave jewelry, large sums of money and other valuables at home.
Admission and rooms. The hospital admits patients referred by its own doctors or by private doctors from outside.
